Some connections are felt far beyond the visible world
We feel them through the intuition that centres us, the bodies we nourish, and the loved ones whose presence stays with us.
I spent 30 years immersed in our family business, with one foot in the practical world and one foot in the intuitive one. All the while, a deeper calling waited in the background, patiently inviting me towards a more honest, more aligned life.
Through my training as a yoga instructor, aromatherapist, and reflexologist, I began to listen more closely to the wisdom within me.
The soul has always had its own language
The passing of my first son became one of the most profound turning points in my life. I believe his soul chose us, and being his mother remains one of the greatest privileges of my life. His presence changed me forever, and he remains a cherished part of my spirit team. Through him, my connection to the unseen world deepened.
Years later, a cancer diagnosis brought me face to face with my own healing in a different way. It asked me to look honestly at where care was needed, where I had drifted from my truth, and what my body and heart were asking of me
When COVID brought the world to a pause, I finally had the time and space to follow that calling more fully. I immersed myself in learning, connecting with teachers and mentors who helped me develop, trust, and honour my intuitive and psychic abilities.

The sea has always been part of my remembering
In Soul Sisters: A Collection of Sacred Soul Journeys by Dagny St. John, I contributed a chapter called Love, Water, and the Sacred Journey.
My chapter is a reflection on my lifelong relationship with water as companion, teacher, temple, and medicine. From childhood afternoons immersed in nature to the daily sea swims that continue to restore me, water has always been one of the ways I return to myself and remember the love that surrounds all of us.
The path back to yourself is not something anyone else can walk for you
My role isn’t to define you or direct your path, but to offer guidance and help you trust the answers, gifts, and wisdom that are innate to you.
